Property Specialist

A Property Specialist assesses properties and uses their expertise in the local real estate market to determine accurate property values. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Listing Agent

A Listing Agent is responsible for showing available properties to our database of “AAA” tenants, and helping match them to the right rental units. This role involves working with various property types (condominiums, houses), and uses knowledge of the local rental market and our inventory to make ideal matches.

Tenant Placement Specialist

As a Tenant Placement Specialist, you will handle communication with property owners, coordinate assessments of properties, manage documentation, and ensure smooth placement of tenants. Excellent multitasking and customer-service ability are key.

Leasing Specialist

A Leasing Specialist is responsible for handling all correspondence with potential tenants, verifying documentation, managing paperwork and preparing rental agreements and other required documents for both parties.
