How to read the results

  • A matching name isn't proof it's the same person. Check the address on the order against the addresses on the application.
  • Ontario says the names in this data come from the application stage and may contain errors. Email yourself the order and read it before relying on it.
  • A T application is a tenant asking the Board to enforce their rights, for example about repairs. Judge what an order decided, not the fact that someone went to the Board.
  • Not every order is published: some are confidential, and new orders are added about once a month.
  • Each code below starts with a notice to the tenant. Our guide to LTB forms for landlords explains which notice goes with which application.
