No agreement until it's in writing
Sending a request, calling or texting doesn't create an agreement for Zola to act for you. Zola acts for a landlord only under a written agreement that sets out the fee, the guarantee and the other terms.
Figures and examples
Averages such as days to rent and tenant stay come from Zola's own records and describe past placements; your results depend on the property, the price and the market. Example rents and fees are illustrations, not quotes.
Reviews
Reviews on this site are copied from Zola's Google Business Profile, with a link to the original. We don't pay for reviews or offer anything in return for them.
