In short

Zola places screened, long-term tenants in Oro-Medonte houses, condos and country homes, from Horseshoe Valley to Shanty Bay and the Lake Simcoe shore. Under By-law 2026-078, advertised short-term rentals need a licence and are allowed only in the resort zones, so long-term renting is the usual route. You pay one month's rent plus HST when your tenant signs.

Do you rent condos at Horseshoe?

How fast do Oro-Medonte homes rent?

Our average across all our placements is 14 days from listing to a signed lease. We'll give you a realistic estimate for your home on the strategy call.
